SALE OF ARTWORK AND/OR ARTISTIC SERVICE AGREEMENT

SECTION ONE: SALE OF GOODS AND/OR SERVICE
Seller shall sell, transfer, deliver, and/or provide completion of project or service to Buyer on or before ______________________________ (date), the following goods or service:

SECTION TWO: CONSIDERATION

SECTION FIVE: RISK OF LOSS
The risk of loss from any casualty to the goods and/or service, on the part of the Seller, shall be the responsibility of the Seller until the goods and/or service have been accepted by the Buyer.
SECTION SIX: RIGHT OF INSPECTION
Buyer shall have the right to inspect the goods and/or service on arrival and/or completion and, within _______ business days after delivery and/or completion, Buyer must give notice to Seller of any claim(s) for damages on account of condition, quality or grade of the goods and/or service, and Buyer must specify the basis of the claim of Buyer in detail. The failure of Buyer to comply with these conditions shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the goods and/or service by Buyer.
